Where are your products made?

All Corby Hall Dinnerware is made in Portugal, and Flatware is made in Vietnam.

Portugal has access to some of the best raw materials in the world, which makes our dinnerware durable, hygienic, and cost-effective.

Distribution of those products is in our New Jersey warehouse purposefully located near major highways for quick and easy deliveries.

How long will your products last?

With proper care, our products could last a lifetime. Some of our biggest clients do not require re-orders for up to 5 years.

Do you discontinue your products?

Corby Hall NEVER discontinues products, which means when you need to replenish your stock, we will have it available for your convenience.

How long will it take to receive my products?

Corby Hall invests in inventory, ensuring that not only your order, but your re-orders are stocked and available for immediate shipment from New Jersey. You also don’t have to worry about reaching a minimum order — we’ll ship your products as you need them.

Is your dinnerware 100% hygienic?

Our entire inventory is crafted to be hygienic, long-lasting, and easy-to-clean.

Corby Hall is also a certified company in the standard EN ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System. This means we’re committed to an active contribution to the preservation of the environment, by continuously improving our environmental performance, reducing our environmental impact, and fulfilling the legally imposed requirements.

What type of warranty do you offer?

Corby Hall offers a 3-year chip warranty on select items.

What is 18/10 and why should it be important to you?

18/10 is the highest-grade base metal which contains 18% Chromium and 10% nickel. It’s preferred because it allows our flatware to stay shiny, rust resistant, and durable.

Can you send me samples?

Absolutely – we will send you any samples you need, free of cost to you!

Do you have the ability to put logos on dinnerware?

Yes – absolutely! We can put logos on dinnerware and steak knives.
